Welcome to Path To Positive Change, Inc.
Hello and thank you for visiting my website. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Addiction Professional (CAP) with a private therapy practice in Deerfield Beach, Florida. My practice focuses on individuals age 18 and above, and I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions.
In our sessions, I provide a compassionate, safe, and respectful environment where we will work collaboratively to explore and challenge negative and unhealthy thinking and behaviors that keep you stuck and unable to reach your life goals. Empowering you through improved communication and assertiveness is often part of our work together. My theoretical approach is eclectic, pulling primarily from a cognitive behavioral therapy (“CBT”) approach, integrating solution focused and motivational interviewing techniques, among others.
